General

Do I need an account to place an order?

You can shop with a guest account, i.e. without creating an account. However if you create a registered account, you will have the following benefits:

  • You can track your orders and review past purchases
  • You can request an exchange or return directly from your account
  • You can add pieces to your Wish List
  • You can save your address and shop even quicker in the future
How do I reset my password?

If you‘ve forgotten your password, request a link to reset it or follow the ‘Forgotten password’ instructions on the ‘Sign In’ page.

What packaging options can I choose from?

Signature Packaging

Your order will be placed in one of our signature boxes (pink or turquoise).

Gift Orders

When placing your order, check the box under packaging options to include an optional gift package. You will then receive your Eyecandy signature boxes (pink or turquoise) in a white Eyecandy bag luxuriously tied with signature Eyecandy ribbon.

Can I amend or cancel an item from my order?

It is not possible to amend or cancel  an order once it is being placed. Please note, we’re unable to combine or add an item to an existing order.

If you need to make any amendments to your purchase, please call our Customer Care team as soon as possible and we’ll see what we can do.

What Delivery Options do I have?

Our delivery options may vary. View what's currently available at checkout.

Standard Delivery (Greece): 2.5 euros – Free delivery over 30 euros

  • Receive your purchase within 3 business days after your order has been accepted
  • Delivered 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday

Standard Delivery (Europe): 12 euros

  • Receive your purchase within 5 business days after your order has been accepted
  • Delivered 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday
How Do I Track my Order?
  • Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched. Please note, this can take longer during sale.
  • Once your order has left us, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow its progress. You can also check the status of your delivery by viewing My Orders in your account.

Delivery Processing Times

  • Before we can dispatch your purchase, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We’ll do our best to keep delays to a minimum.

Signing For Your Purchase

  • You can rest assured that we'll keep your purchase safe until it reaches you. Your order is insured against theft and accidental damage during delivery. Once your purchases have been delivered to the specified address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance. If you are unavailable when your package arrives, our courier will make two more attempts to deliver your purchase.
How Do I Exchange or Return an item/order?

We offer a 15 Day Return / Exchange for our valued customers. Late returns will not be accepted.

  • If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns for items within 15 days of delivery date. Email us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
  • We kindly ask that all items requested for return / exchange are new, unused and in perfect condition. Items are expected to be in the exact same condition as when you received it, and is in the original box. Eyecandy reserves the right to reject any return/exchanges.
  • For returns/changes, kindly note that there will be courier charges applicable. Returns, exchanges and refunds are not entitled to our free delivery promotion (orders above 25 euros). If you are returning an item that was originally sent out under free delivery, a shipping and processing fee of 2,5 euros when issuing an exchange / refund will be deducted.
  • We will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred in the process of shipping item back to us. 
  • In the event that your order includes an item that is out of stock, we will refund the amount of the item that was out of stock (in store credits), and will proceed to deliver the rest of the order.
  • We will inform you if the item is out of stock and ask if you would like to get a refund for that item or replace it with a different design or item.
How Do I return a Faulty item?

If you received a faulty item, please notify us within 15 days of receipt via email at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Please explain nature of defect and include photos or video. Please also be aware that items, which have been damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident, or your own misuse, will not be considered faulty. In any other case changes will be made without any extra charges. Shipping charges (both ways) are not covered for overseas orders.

Can I buy a Gift Card?

Yes, you can buy a a virtual Gift Card for someone. It will be e-mailed to the recipient once your order for the Gift Card has been processed and payment has been taken. A copy will also be sent to you as confirmation of dispatch.

We are not liable for any failure or incorrect delivery of a Gift Card due to you failing to provide the correct, current or complete information about the recipient. It is your sole responsibility to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide about the recipient.

We are not responsible for any Gift Card that is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.

How do I Use a Gift Card?
  1. Gift Cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
  2. Gift Cards can be redeemed against all products
  3. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
  4. If your order total is less than the value of the gift card, the remaining balance will be credited to your account as store credit and will be redeemed against subsequent orders. You may check your gift card balance online via your “My Account” page
  5. If your order exceeds the value of the Gift Card and you have existing store credit on your account, this will automatically be redeemed to cover the remaining balance. Otherwise, if your order exceeds the value of the Gift Card and you do not have any existing store credit on your account, the remaining balance must be paid by credit or debit card.
  6. If you return products you have purchased using a gift card, the refund will be credited to your account as store credit and will be redeemed against subsequent orders. You may check your store credit balance online via your “My Account” page.
  7. All purchases made using a Gift Card will be subject to the terms and conditions on eyecandyjewellery.com
Can I transfer/ redeem cash from a Promotion Code?

Promotion codes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Furthermore, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion code and must be redeemed before they expire.

Payments

We accept payments from Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express & Diners through the secure Alpha Bank gateway, Paypal and by cash on delivery.

Security

All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of "Alpha e-Commerce" of Alpha Bank and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be a ble to decode it using the appropriate key.
